We cover material and manufacturing defects in DumpsterGard lid system sections under normal use.

If something fails because of how it was made—not how it was used—we’ll work with you to make it right.

We’ve had very few warranty claims over the 14 years we;ve been in business, and that’s not by accident. One of the reasons we designed these with no moving parts, because moving parts are prone to break.

That’s okay. We understand that job site conditions vary and things don’t always happen in a controlled way. Just send us a few photos and we’ll take a look. Our goal is to understand what happened and respond fairly.

If the issue is related to a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll work with you on a replacement based on how long the product has been in use. We keep the process simple and focused on being reasonable.
